Probably not, because other terminal servers have demonstrably less
troubles with modem brands that Lucent can't handle. Thus, it is
possible to work better with those modems, and Lucent should improve to
the point where it can handle them as well.*
* Yes, I'm aware that other servers have their problems with modems that
Lucent doesn't work with. However, that's their responsibility to fix,
not an excuse for Lucent to not fix their problems.
