this has happened more than a few times to us,
but mostly on new installs ORU's.

solution:

set s1 spid <cr>
set s1 dn <cr>
set s2 spid <cr>
set s2 dn <cr>

that will clear them, so save all, reboot, power
it off for 5 minutes or so, then power on and
enter all the spids & dn's again, save all and
reboot, then it will come back online.

I'm not sure what causes this, but I think it's a
problem with the ORU actually.
