Re: (PM) OR-U Down: SPID Register ERROR

We've had this and I've been told it's due to a memory leak in
ComOS caused by instability in the line. We see it on only one line here
on a PM2E 5BRI card and it's darn annoying. We find resetting the D
Channel itself followed by resetting the two channels itself seems to work
well.
