I have a customer that is using a Best Data 14.4 Fax modem that we cannot
get to connect. We have tried everything under the sun but no matter what
he cannot get connected. He calls in, the modems seem to negotiate OK,
but after a few seconds the modems hang up. We have got as far as
entering his login name and password but the modem will hang up/time out
shortly after.
Again, his modem that is a Best Data "14400" Fax Modem. 14,400 bps with
57,600 bps Throughput CCITT Standards: V.32bis, V.32, V.22bis, V.21, V.17
Hayes Compatible.
I have a PM3 with a Channalized T1 running ComOs 3.7.2 and Livingston
Radius 2.0.1
If anyone can offer any suggestions at all it would be greatly
appreciated.
