Not at all. It's just coincidence that the local Bell-Internet division
happens to be colocated with the local Bell...so they have easy access to
the switch. Besides...I bet nearly all, if not all, Bell-Internet
divisions use digital access servers. I just can't picture a shelf full
of analog modems at the CO.
