Re: (PM) Stuck Modems on PM2E

I took my own advice (given to Don Lashier off-list), and looked--for each
recent USERNAME modem--at the last session before the modem became wedged
in USERNAME.

This is (fortunately, except for this purpose) a small sample: 3 sessions
in two POPs on USR MP8 and MP16 modems, and one session on a USR Courier
rack mount 14.4 modem (our original modems, still serving very faithfully).

I found four different users (not surprising in the small sample,
cross-POP). I found that each session had a termination cause of
"Idle-Timeout". There are plenty of successful "Idle-Timeout"
terminations, of course, but it seems *possible* that we're shooting
ourselves in the foot, here. The good news is that we don't seem to have
any users doing this to us.

I'm going through the PM2Es now, adjusting the modem tables a bit.
