I don't think that you can. At least not looking at the Radius output.

out of a total 8695 calls (the past several hours). so, 29% of calls into
our PM3s (about 20 of them) turn into a PCM call. As to the question, how
many of the other 71% were failed PCM calls?, I would guesstimate that it
is low. And, even if it were significant, chances are that it is that the
client side, due to SLiC's, misconfig, etc., not the portmaster's fault.
