Any plans on changing this behaviour in 3.8? GTE here charges per minute
any forward on busy calls, so this option can get a bit expensive. I
assume that if I have a portmaster that is first in my rotary and is full
all the time, and I idle out 10 modems to swap the card that it will start
giving busy signals?

A very needed command, but could be better if it somehow could keep a
line open after a disconnect or return a diffrent signal to the switch
other than busy.
