The ports *ARE* fixed. You tell the telco you want channels 1 - 21 to be a
part of hunt group "A" and to have the phone number 555-1234 assigned to
"A". You then tell them you want a separate phone number for channel 22,
and a separate phone number for channel 23.

You end up with a hunt-group of 21 lines with the phone number 555-1234.
This leaves two channels at the end. Those two channels will ring with
555-2121 and 555-2222. If any customer calls 555-1234, they will *NEVER*
get channels 22 or 23 because that number isn't assigned to those channels.
If they call 555-2121, they will *NEVER* get channels 1-21 or 23 because
those are with 555-1234 and 555-2222, respectively. They end up on channel
22. If they dial 555-2222, they end up on channel 23 and not channels
1-22.

The ports are fixed by the phone company. AFAIK there isn't a way to see
an incoming call and tell the telco to drop in on a particular channel...
they put it on a channel and then notify you the call is coming in. The PM
can then reject it with a BUSY or accept the call.

So, in your radius config, you can look for NAS-Port = 22 or NAS-Port = 23
for your two separate phone numbers. PRI's aren't much different from
analog lines as far as numbering and hunting go. You can have the telco
assign a different number to every channel if you want and then hunt
through them in some arbitrary order.

This all depends on what your telco is willing/able to do. Some don't do
anything other than have one number for one PRI and some will number each
channel independently (like SouthWestern Bell). You need to talk to the
telco and find out what they're willing to do.
