I had the same problem, just tell them you need voice and data!
My data only lines are for ISDN only and they do the same thing if you
call from
an analog phone.

Now if I can just get the telco to fix the digital padding. I can't get
through
to translations and I believe this is why my PM3 is getting SLOW connect
speeds.
I have customers that don't want to move from the PM2 because of the
slow connect
speeds. If I don't get this resolved soon, we're going to have some
UNHAPPY customers!
If there is something else that is causing my PM3 to get slower
connects, I am up
for any suggestions!
