Re: (PM) Is my telco yanking my chain?

The Line0 light *is* green -- no red light on. If I disconnect the PRI
line, it goes red only. I plug the PRI line back in, and it first comes
green with the red, and then the red goes out in about 15 seconds. The
telco rep says he can watch this happen and monitor it, and he KNOWS when I
unplug the line. But when its plugged in, its green ONLY, and definitely
in line0 only. It's just the one PRI, plugged into Line0.

I was fairly certain the "not in service" was on their end... But the
double-fast busy for the primary directory number I'm still not sure about....
