We expect the churn in the modem code to settle out, and it already is
slowing. Issues are fewer in number, and new builds aren't coming out
as fast. We *won't* start issuing modem code for each little thing that
gets fix. Can you see the hellish confusion when you have to worry
about how modem code X interacts with ComOS Y? Where X becomes a large
number. Also, the DSP code basically does the signalling, but all the
call control and drivers are part of ComOS.
