What is the CO switch type? If it is a Seimens switch, this is a known
bug in the Seimens code that I have been waiting on a fix for over 2
months now. (It is NOT a PM3 problem)

Once the switch is provisioned properly it works great but once the
circuit is "distrubed" it takes manual intervention by the provisioning
guy to get the PRI's back up properly. Just went thur this again last
night. (2nd time in the last 30 days)

I know of at least one other ISP with the same proplem but in his case he
can power cycle the PM3 and get the lines back up. That doesnt seem to
work in my case.
