(PM) Radius Routing Question

We have a situation whereby implementing ISDN dialback for
customers involves two separate routers, one for the outgoing call (
an Office router ) and one for the incoming call ( a PM3. ) A static
route with a high metric is inserted from the PM3 to the Office router
so that initially a packet goes to the OR, forces it to dial out ( and
hence the customer dial back,) and then a route is inserted in the
PM3 via radius so that the appropriate subnet is routed out of the PM3
ISDN connection.

This works, except that when the caller drops, the original
static route out to the office router appears to have gone. Is this a
known issue, is it just me, or is there a better way to do this?? (
BTW, we are using ComOS 3.7.2 ).
