[Q] ORU and lost routes?

Hi,
we've had an ORU configured for a dedicated ISDN client working nicely
for sometime now. Today, somehow the routes for his subnet were "lost".
The client is authenticated via the password table, with address
xxx.yyy.zzz.241 and netmask set to 255.255.255.224. OSPF is used to
propagate the route. Checking routes on other machines shows that
only the route to xxx.yyy.zzz.241 was updated, and nothing for his /27
subnet. Now bare in mind that it all worked beautifully before, and the
ORU was not touched for days, even weeks. My client swears he didn't
change anything at his end.
I tried rebooting; upgrading from ComOS 3.5L to ComOS 3.5.1b17, and even
tried clearing config. The only thing I didn't try was netbooting.
I managed to get him working temporarily by switching him over to
RADIUS authentication. The routes are setup fine that way.

Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
Leonard.
