Right, can you have a case you can try to pursue. What I was talking
about is if the FCC and/or RBOC's charge us more because we are ISP's we
will have a case as well. They are not doing that (yet) and I don't know
if they will be able to. PacBell should have tarriffs placed on them
requarding how they operate their ISP service.
