MAC: Netscape network connection refused???

I have a customer that cannot get anywhere outside our network with her
macintosh. I have checked the DNS server, and it is fine.. I tried to go
to some places on the net with just the ip numbers, and this is the
message we get on netscape:

Netscape network connection was refused by the server: &&&.&&&.&&&.&&&
the server may not be accepting connections or is busy.. try back later.

But I know for a fact that they are up, because I can access them from
the office.

Any suggestions on what to look for? or what to do to get this problem
solved? also.. could it be an mtu problem? and if so.. why can she get to
our network and not outside?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this message.. but I'm not too
familiar with macs or their newsgroups.

I'd appreciate too if someone could point me to another mac newsgroup?

Thanks a lot.
