Are you running Socks from your gateway server? If so go in the
into Netscape OPtions and set the socks entry to the gateway server name.
Other then that you should be OK.

I have a customer that cannot get anywhere outside our network with her
macintosh. I have checked the DNS server, and it is fine.. I tried to go
to some places on the net with just the ip numbers, and this is the
message we get on netscape:
