I have installed Merits' Radius and started fooling around with the authfile
and the users file only to find that if everything in the each file is
commented out users can still be validated for access.

I was trying to set it up to simply use the athentication-type as unix-PW so
it would look at the password file in BSD and decide what to do. I thought
it was OK til I started messing with it and found out the above.

I'm not sure but can someone tell me what I'm missing...
