(PM) dialing out with a pm3 and PRI

TIA for any help on this issue.

In certain areas (bellsouth) for one, the isdn bri's are metered thus
making dedicated ISDN sales impossible.

However, we apparently have a PRI which is capable of making outgoing
calls, and I would like to take advantage of this to hook up a network for
myself down in that area.

Can anyone point me to where the commands are for telling one of my pm3's
to dial two channels out to an ISDN device at home so that I can be the
*receiving* end instead of the end initiating the call?

I'd like to bond two channels as I would if I was doing the dialing into
this PM3.

Appreciate it,

Joe
