What are you talking about? Every rev of 1.3beta noted that ComOS 3.9
was required for graphing. It has never been a secret.

It is a closed beta. You'd have to apply for one of the beta programs
that involve 3.9 - there was a call for teters for L2TP and NFAS
recently, as an example.
