(PM) Need a 12 modem card for the pm 3

I think we really need a 12 modem card for the pm 3. Here are the reasons:

1. All 4 cards would be homogenius in a 48 port configuration.
2. Customers of the E units could then use the Sync T1 cards. Right now,
if they fully populate the box to 60 modems, they have no slots left over.
This was brought to my attention by on of my euro customers.
3. E1 will supposedly be available soon in the USA.
4. Ascend has 12 and 16 modem cards. They are perceived to have higher
density (and they do).
5. Fewer parts to install, maintain, and trouble shoot.
6. Lower manufacturing cost - needing fewer cards for modems.

What do you guys think?
