(PM) Creative v90 56k Blaster Modem

I have seen a recent increase in connection problems with the Creative v90
56k Blaster Modem, 4 in the last 2 weeks. Mostly they are connecting and
getting dropped immediately or within minutes. They are connecting at the
V.90 speeds for the most part, but just really unstable. I am running 3.8
on some of our PM3's and 3.8.2 on the others. The connection problems seem
consistent throughout them both. Has anyone else experienced problems with
the Modem Blaster? Does anyone have any solutions.
