Ed, I very much appreciate the feedback. What confuses me is that I
remembered reading on the USR list that they had done something with DIL
on their server side. General consensus seems to be that the USR TC is
less sensitive to the line padding settings by the Telco. For example,
when we put a PM3 in a CLEC recently the technician had never had to
adjust line padding before and he's setup AOL, etc. on the same switch
in the same configurations (which included USR TC, Max TNT, and Max
4048's). To his knowledge, we were the only one that has asked to have
the padding changed.
