Hardware wise, the PM3 seems pretty reliable and is great for ISDN.
However, Lucent takes an unacceptably excessive amount of time to release
software. Considering the box doesn't work very well with Rockwell based
Winmodems, this is a major problem.

On the other hand, if all your customers have Sportster V.90s, Couriers and
LT Winmodems, the PM3 is great.

IMHO, currently, the PM3 is not a suitable choice if it's to be your only
RAS. Judging by the snail's pace of software development, it'll be that way
for some time.

Unfortunately most digital RAS devices are crap so I can't say if any others
are really any better. My advice would be to purchase PM3s but keep some
TCs around for the Rockwell users. It's a pain but it'll work.
