A fast busy is a telco issue 99% of the time. When I was in FL if I
rebooted the PM more then three times in a row or was down for more then
3 min the telco would automatically busy out the trunk at their end and
unless they checked the switch directly their test would show the line
active.
If there are any * in the 'show line0'/'show line1' then you are in an
alarm condition.
