Have you tried this site for updated drivers?.
http://www.askey.com.tw/drivers/v90.htm

Also have you tried pulling up a post dialup terminal window to see what the
customer sees?.

Subject: (PM) Max-Link modem init string needed...

I have a customer with a "MAX_LiNK voice/fax/data modem. PCI 56K.
V.90 & K56flex." He is having big problems getting and staying connected
to any of my PM3's (all running 3.8.2 w/PRI). He says he can connect to a
competitor at 48k stable (I don't know what they use).

Anyhow, I can't find any info about this modem. The closest I came
was www.askey.com and it didn't help. Tried the usual tricks (commas,
DUN, etc.) without success.

If someone could give me some pointers I sure would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Mike
