I rarely see a DUN issue that requires removing it. Supplying DUN 1.3 with
your dist CD would not be that difficult of a thing either. Most DUN issues
I see are the client having protocols other than TCP/IP selected or an AOL
adapter installed along with a dial-up adapter. Removing those seems to clear

up 99% of the issues I have seen. For the other 1% DUN 1.3 seems to work fine.
