(PM) I'm Mad As Hell

I just lost *another* customer 'cause of DUN!!! He signed up a few
weeks ago and was doing great, then *BAM,* he can't connect anymore.
Naturally, BBS's, AOL, etc work fine. This really sucks.

Are any of you using *third party* (aside from Trumpet) connection
software? I will not be able to progress if I rely on Microsloth. I'd
like to have a set-up CD that's really easy, even for a first-timer
(fill in username and password) that installs Nutscrape and a dialer.

If anyone has this or knows where to get it, PLEASE let me know.
