Had a few that were similar... Dont know if it effects your user... They
reinstalled Dialup Networking from a copy of Windows 95 that did not match
the original installation CD. One work around that sometimes works is to
get the latest DUN patch kit from MS and install it. Otherwise, reinstall
the OS... On another one we had, we finally beat it out of the customer
(well, we wanted to beat him afterwards) that when it said "Insert the
Windows 95 CD", he was clicking SKIP files and thinking that was an
acceptable choice to not having the CD... The jerk wasted a good hour of
our time before he finally told the truth as to what he was really doing!
