Hi Patrick,
I'm having the same problem. I think it's something new in ComOS 3.8.2.
Either it is a feature that Lucent put in to handle the PRI flapping
problem (rebooting is the only way to clear it), or it's a bug (my guess
would be memory leak).
My portmangler (ComOS 3.8.2) has dropped from having 872840 available
memory to 810912 available memory in 6 days. Can anyone tell me if this
is normal? (I don't have any fancy routing stuff running like BGP or
OSPF).
