We do have Java command line tools that do the same stuff that the old
PMTools did. And everything we write has the GUI (largely) detached to
allow multiple GUIs for the same functionality. No reason the "GUI"
couldn't be the command line.

This is in the plans. We're working on a first iteration that locks on
username.
