I've said it before, and I'll say it again. The Acct-Termination-Cause
reported by the PM3 doesn't mean jack. It couldn't be more wrong in most
cases. And we've hounded them repeatedly about it, but it's not exactly
on their list of priorities right now (rightfully so). So, just log
termination causes to syslog, and you'll be a little closer to
accuracy...but do not trust your radius logs.
