You need to use a WINS server. The computer name broadcasts are not routed
across routers (b-node I think, been a while since I brushed up on them).
If you point you clients to the WINS server when they dial in you should see
the computers in network neighborhood after a little bit (usually takes
about 1 min in my experience) but if you access them by name you can get to
them pretty much right off the bat. If it's a network hooking up using on
OR or an IRX you can point all of them to the WINS server or set up a WINS
proxy.
