(PM) new website - 2nd opinion

After viewing the revised website, I give it a qualified
thumbs up. It now loads much faster, is no longer hosed
under IE3.02, but it still "flashes" after loading in NS4.

Basically I'm not a fan of javascript. Many people have it
turned off for security reasons, and it is just too
unpredictable to rely on much client side stuff given the
variety of clients around. It's much more robust to put
your intelligence on the server side and just deliver straight
html to your audience.

The only design comment I have is that the home page menu is
on the right, and subsequent menus are on the left. That's a
long way to drag your mouse to navigate when you have a 21"
monitor :)
