I didn't know that. What happened makes a little more sense now.
Is that documented anywhere? I didn't see anything in the Command
Line Administrators Guide.

Now what exactly does the "set lineX loopback" command do since it
doesn't appear to put lineX in loopback, even after the reboot. It
also is not documented in the Command Line Administrators Guide
however I realize that my Guide is older than the ComOS that I'm
running (3.8b15).
