(PM) New tech support hours

This was probably buried in the new web page discussions, but did anyone
else notice that tech support hours have been shortened?

Free tech support is available from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Didn't the hours
used to be from 6:00 AM to 5:00 or 6:00 PM? Coverage is now available
24x7 for $175 an hour. It peeves me that they will cut off all free
support at 5:20 PM, even if the call started before 5:00 PM. So, if I
call with an emergency at 4:59 PM, they're gonna charge me for it if it
takes more than 20 minutes.

I wouldn't be so upset if they'd install a hold queue instead of calling
everyone back. In many cases, I'd be a lot happier if I could wait on
hold for 30 minutes instead of a callback.

Everyone bitches about support at USR/3Com and others because of the
cost, but at least you get to talk to someone right away.
