Our situation appears to be quite the opposite, which is why I remain a
Lucent RABU bigot still.
However, how many times need you be reminded that this is
NOT AN OFFICIAL CHANNEL!
Take a step back take a deep breath and constructively request others with
your situation to compare notes ... ComOS revisions, Switch Types, Signal
levels, and other pertinent factors. Taking this information contact
SUPPORT@livingston.com
If you do not get a response, then escalate it! Call and request a
manager or similar for assistance/response/answer.
Plain old griping makes you look like a 'sour puss.'
Document what occurs in your contact with Lucent RABU.
These are my personal comments/views. I do not work for Lucent RABU. If
this doesn't resolve your situation then you should proceed to do what you
must.
