Layer 2 Tunnelling Protocol, recently ratified as an Internet standard.
Allows me to set up secure VPNs over the Internet. Its like PPTP.

And when might we see 3.8 with NAT actually out or at least in open
beta for the OR/PM2? Its been a while since 3.7.2. I need it like
yesterday.
