The GTE guys cant find a problem with our line but the PM3 keeps dumping
users from 1 to 7 times aday with a NO-SERVICE message then goes to IDLE
so users can get back on gain the following is what is current status
after a 24 hour period of the unit not being rebooted. we are on version
3.8b13
They wanted to turn it down at 10AM but I got customers so told them to
come back at night am. The problem is if they stress test for an hour they
dont find anything. any ideas how to solve this so I know its the line or
the unit as I dont have an extra to put online. the unit is only 6 months
old so I guess I can call Livingston as well but I would think its the
line not the unit.
