Ok, here is where I am at. I have figured out my problem with my routes.
However, I need help figuring out to do what I have been told by my
upscale provider? See Below...

That is correct, the packets are making it to your router.

You are being routed the entire /26 network, but you failed to update
your routes in the PM2E to reflect the fact that the /27 range from
206.190.23.233 on up is no longer internal to the router.

I can read, but don't know where to find this info, I need to fix this
asap. Does anyone know how to change the above from /27 to /26?

I assume I add route 206.190.23.192/26 206.190.23.193 1

Or is it 206.26.23.192/26 206.190.23.193 1 ?

Do I also have to delete route 206.190.23.192/27 206.190.23.193 1
