Well, I've got used to the fact that the red light is burning on some
devices a long time ago. The "problem" seems to wander with the pri (if you
change PRIs), so it seems to be something from the telco - but there are no
problems with those PRi where the red light is on, so I use to ignore it.
Sometimes, after an upgrade of the telco-switch, the red light went away..
