100% bullshit. Fact is most PM-2 users aren't haven't problems - most
being NEARLY ALL at this point. There hasn't been enough to produce
a patch for PM-2s. No product will work for all users in all conditions
all the time. Fact of life. How many times do you need someone from Lucent
to state, plainly, that 3.8 will be out for the PM-2 in due course, and
the other units as well. Major issues are being resolved in the PM-3 -
most of the new features in ComOS translate directly to the other units.
A few people have reported problems with the PM-2, far more people are
having problems with the PM-3 right now. For most PM-2 users it is just
working though. Issues will be handled in due course - but it is only
fair to handle those issues impacting the most people. Which are PM-3
concerns right now.

someone spreading ignorant, baseless comments like this. Wah! I'm
having problems that haven't been fixed, so I'm going to whine and try
to cause a false panic to get my revenge. Oh, grow up.
If it has been such a problem for you for so long, why the heck are you
still using them? I'm sure Jake would buy them off you for a decent
price - and refurbish and resell them for a good profit, since they are
so popular on the used market.
