Weird, I only have this problem with 1 of our PM3's after going to B17. At
one point I saw 6 users trying to connect and the @! showing up. Everyone
who called in said they received the message "Unable to negotiate
compatible set of network protocols" and were disconnected. I tried it out
myself several times with various modems and at times only got a black
screen with no login prompt. Going back to b13 instantly solved the
problem. I guess we will have to wait awhile longer before being able to
implement a stable os supporting v90.
