(PM) PM3 beta 15 Prob

Well GTE stress tested the line for an hour no problem found not that
they ever do find anything but then went back to beta 13 and have not had
one error on the line and no reboot so looks like we will stay with B13
untill the never stable version comes out. This is just for those that are
having the problems of reboots errors etc and think its telco you might
wanta try Beta 13 first to see if it helps.
