Granted... but still, if you're losing that many customers every day, the
first thing to do would be downgrade to 3.8b13 (which, at least in our
environment, is rock solid, with absolutely zero reported problems).

I realize that if you've jumped on the "We've got the new standard!"
bandwagon (when, as you may have observed, there is not yet a "new
standard"), you would certainly be embarrassed to pull that support out...

We have not yet lost a customer because they insisted on having v.90. Not
one. Why do you suppose that is? (and yes, Mindspring is local and has the
much ballyhooed USR stuff)
