Thats what I thought, but Ive just never SEEN one... Yes it is an option
to request a callback. They need to disable it.

Need to call Livingston, or did you do that already and get a tech to
answer the question, "SHould it still say COnnecting if lcp negotiation is
done and you see Connection Succeeded?"
