RE: (PM) CT1 busy?

Check for the number of Caller ID (DNIS) digits they are sending
you -- It should be zero on a CT-1 and has been known to cause
problems with busy signals.

Do you have modems in the PM-3? Stupid question but without them
an analog call has no where to go and gets a busy signal from the
PM-3.
