Hi,

We have a PM3, v.3.7.2. One port is used for ISDN connections, and the
other E1 port is used for Frame Relay connectin (or will be used).
Unfortunately there is a problem in Frame Relay connectin.

Configuration is as follows:

----------------------- Current Status - Port W32
---------------------------
Status: ESTABLISHED
Input: 54560 Abort Errors: 0
Output: 263152 CRC Errors: 3314
Pending: 0 Overrun Errors: 0
TX Errors: 0 Frame Errors: 0
Modem Status: DCD+ CTS+

Active Configuration Default Configuration
-------------------- ---------------------
Port Type: Netwrk Netwrk (Hardwired)
Line Speed: Ext 2048K Ext Clock
Modem Control: on on
Local Address: 194.54.59.32 194.54.59.32
Netmask: 255.255.255.252 255.255.255.252
Interface: frm32 (FRM,Listen) (FRM,Quiet)
Mtu: 1500 1500
Dial Group: 1
Annex-D Poll: 15 (seconds)
Old DLCI List: 32:194.54.59.33
IP DLCI's: DLCI Address
----- ------------
16 0.0.0.0

As you see, the port status is ESTABLISED.

and sh line1 command gives

sh line1
---------------------- line1 - E1 2.048 Mbps ---------------

Status: UP F1 Framing: FAS Encoding: HDB3 PCM: a-law

Violations
-----------------------------
Bipolar 1
CRC4 0
E-bit 8
FAS bit 0

The problem is that: status of connection changes ESTABLISED to CONNECTING
too often. It tries for a while, saying CONNECTING, and then goes to state
of ESTABLISED. But for a while, then goes to CONNECTING.. surely this is
not desired thing, and using this line as a main Internet connection is not
possible.

set debug 0x51 gives logs as :

(W32) LMI-AnnexD: Received Full Status - Sequence 11
(W32) Annex-D: Sending Full Status Enquiry - Sequence 26

and goes on.

Do you have any idea about the problem ?

ps* the other side is also a PM3.

Sincerely.
balci.
