(PM) Windows 3.x Support Cutoff

I have a general question for everyone. I am considering a policy that
would end our support of Windows 3.x for our dialup users on the day that
Windows 98 is officially released. We find that 3.x is a continuing
support problem, as I'm sure many of you find, and that every user we can
get onto Windows 95 is one less that will be calling us every time a web
page is slow to load. We use a mixture of PM3s with PRIs and PM2s here.
Any opinions on such a policy?
